To all my readers of my BLOG I apologize but I have been ridden with a kick-butt illness. And I have been pretty much down.

- For over 20+ years I was a player in the computer industry - considered in the top 1% of my craft. Obtaining the ranks of a Vice President with my skills. But the new world order of outsourcing and downsizing left me hopelessly unemployed for blocks of time as I struggled to get my next job. My father-in-law bought me a class at the local college to becomes a Personal Trainer and well he started a flame within my belly to realize a long held passion in me for this field. And well here I am. New career but definitely not a field that was unknown to me. One of my passions in life is health, science and wanting to know just about everything about everything (I am a great conversation over beers - talk your ear off for hours about just about everything). I am a ACE and WITS certified and Personal Trainer. I hold current CPR and AED certifications. I am also a licensed AARP Personal Trainer provider. I have also completed the NASM foundations class test.
